Return and Refund Policy

At Haus of 86, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

1.1. Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase (refer to the size guides within the product).
1.2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the defect or damage.
1.3. Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

1.4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Used items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized products.

 

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hausof86.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
2.5. A restocking fee may apply up to 25% depending.


3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3.4. If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


4. Exchanges

4.1. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the nature of made to order products exchanges will require extra processing time. If you have a damaged item and need an exchange, contact us at support@hausof86.com.
4.2. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
