1. Processing Time

1.1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders placed after cutoff time depending on your location and region will be processed on the next business day.
1.3. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if this occurs.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected, use this as a guide only:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after items are fulfilled.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after items are fulfilled.
  • International Shipping: 15–20 business days after items are made.

2.3. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or customs processing for international shipments.


3. Shipping Destinations

3.1. We currently ship to addresses within Australia and select international locations.
3.2. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your location. Contact us at support@hausof86.com for further assistance.


4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4.2. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the courier’s system.
4.3. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

5.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
5.2. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5.3. If your order is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.


6. International Shipping & Customs

6.1. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
6.2. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs processing.
6.3. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office before placing an order.


7. Address Accuracy

7.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
7.2. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7.3. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
