The SME Full Exhaust System Package is a complete naturally aspirated performance upgrade for the Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ platform, designed to improve power, response, and overall drivability.

This package includes a full SME exhaust system from headers through to the rear, combined with ECU tuning to ensure the system performs as intended.

Pipe Diameter Options

• 2.5” – Optimised for naturally aspirated builds with balanced flow and drivability
  
• 2.75” – Increased flow for higher output NA builds or aggressive setups

Front Pipe Options:

• Catted – Improved emissions control with reduced exhaust smell
  
• Catless – Maximum exhaust flow and performance

Performance

The SME 4-2-1 header design improves mid-range torque and helps eliminate the common torque dip found in the FA20 and FA24 platform.

When combined with ECU tuning, this package delivers strong gains across the rev range with improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency.

ECU Tune

The vehicle’s factory ECU is calibrated using a flash tune, followed by road logging and refinement to suit the exhaust and engine setup.

This ensures proper drivability, optimal performance, and removal of fault codes associated with exhaust modifications.

Installation

All installation work is completed by Haus of 86 with careful attention to fitment, heat management, component clearance, and hardware integrity.

All work is carried out to a high standard with a focus on precision and long-term reliability. Each build is approached methodically, with no shortcuts taken and no steps rushed.

Important Notes

• Tuning is required when modifying the front section of the exhaust system
  
• Catless systems are not road legal and for track only cars
  
• Final performance results will vary depending on fuel quality and vehicle condition
  
• Regular servicing and maintenance are recommended
