Ultimate Turbo Package
Product Description
The Ultimate Turbo Upgrade Package is designed to be a turn key, complete forced induction solution for the Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ platforms, combining turbocharging, supporting modifications, and exhaust upgrades into a single, fully integrated performance package.
Designed to deliver reliable power, improved drivability, and long-term performance, this package includes turbo system, oil cooling, and a full exhaust upgrade — all professionally installed by Haus of 86.
Package Overview
This package brings together all key components required to properly turbocharge the FA20 & FA24 platform, ensuring the engine, cooling system, and exhaust are working together as a complete system.
Suitable for both street and track-focused builds depending on turbo selection.
Turbo Options
SME F-Bomb Turbo Kit
Entry-level forced induction setup suited for street-driven vehicles and balanced performance builds.
G25-550
Highly responsive turbo setup with strong mid-range performance, ideal for street use.
G25-660
Balanced performance with improved top-end power, suitable for dual-purpose street and track builds.
G30-660
Track-focused setup with a more linear powerband and reduced low-end torque for improved control and driveline longevity.
What’s Included
- SME turbo kit (F-Bomb or G-Series variant)
- Upgraded front mount intercooler system
- Baffled sump kit
- Turbosmart actuator and blow-off valve
- SME oil cooler system
- Upgraded exhaust system (turbo-back)
- Professional installation by Haus of 86
- ECU flash tune
Exhaust System
The upgraded exhaust system is designed to complement the turbo setup, improving exhaust flow and reducing restriction under boost.
System selection is matched to the build to ensure optimal performance, sound, and drivability.
Oil Cooling
An oil cooler system is included in this package to maintain safe oil temperatures under boost and sustained load.
This is a critical upgrade for both street and track applications, ensuring engine longevity and consistent performance.
ECU Tune
Each turbo package includes ECU calibration to suit the selected turbo system, supporting modifications, fuel type, and intended use.
The calibration process is focused on safe operation, smooth drivability, boost control, and consistent performance under load.
A full dyno tune is available as an optional upgrade for customers wanting maximum performance validation and measured results.
Expected Performance
The Ultimate Turbo Upgrade Package can be configured with either the SME F-Bomb turbo kit or one of the SME G-Series turbo options, allowing the package to be tailored to the intended use of the vehicle.
Approximate expected power ranges:
SME F-Bomb Turbo Kit
180–225 kW at the wheels depending on fuel type, boost level, vehicle condition, supporting modifications, and tuning strategy.
SME G-Series Turbo Kits
195–275 kW at the wheels depending on turbo selection, fuel type, boost level, vehicle condition, supporting modifications, and tuning strategy.
The F-Bomb kit is the entry-level option for customers wanting a reliable and accessible turbo conversion for a street-driven or fun weekend 86/BRZ. SME describes the F-Bomb as an oil-cooled journal bearing turbo setup suitable for daily use and light track use.
The G-Series kits are the next step up, using ball bearing turbos with both water and oil cooling. These options provide greater performance potential and different power delivery characteristics depending on the selected turbo.
For street-focused builds, the G25-550 is the most responsive option. For mixed street and occasional track use, the G25-660 offers a balance between response and linear delivery. For track-focused builds, the G30-660 provides a later, more controlled torque curve suited to drivability and driveline longevity.
